Herbs and Spices
Salt and pepper, parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, dill, sage, worcestershire, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon pepper, poultry seasoning, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning. These spices can be used either dry or fresh, depending on when you are going to use them and what you are preparing. You may also like to use hot pepper flakes, tabasco sauce, and cayenne pepper, lemons or lemon juice. We may add to this list as we prepare different meals. No need for special or expensive ingredients. If you have a request for a specific food to prepare, just ask me. We will work on it together.
